MASZYME Abrasion Powder FP

FP can be used to desize for heavy jeans, that would fade imitate denim desizing and fading, to replace desizing agents such as desizing enzymes or detergents.

CHARACTERISTICS:
1.FP is a white powder that acts as a desizing agent, it combines desizing、fading、abrasion and fluff functions together
2.Desizing with FP can reduce the abrasion time in the following enzymatic wash process, high contrast and clean appearance of denim obtained.

Dosage: 1.0%-2.0% owf
Liquor ratio: 1:10-12
Temperature :50-60℃
Duration: 15-20 min
Drain and rinse cold twice

PACKING
Standard packing is in 25Kg plastic bag but special packing can be arranged on request of customer

TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE
The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation and storage,it should be placed in dry, cool condition below 25 Degree C under shelter. It should be kept away from high temperature and direct sunlight. The normal shelf life is at least 6 months under normal sealed storage condition.
