MASZYME DL
Maszyme DL is using an improved alpha amylase enzyme as core and mixed with a multiple of additives to form a complexed enzyme specially designed for desizing on cotton fiber, Fibrilia,Novamat etc.cellulosic fabrics and its blend.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1.Using Maszyme DL can obtain the best result in starch desizing and without fibers damage. It will only decompose starch and will not bring any effect on the fibers of fabrics. It is designed to remove all natural and modified sizing agent;
2.Using Maszyme DL in desizing will greatly enhance the penetration property of fabric and it helps greatly in the after treatment processes includng enzyme stone wash, dyeing, colour evenness , efficiency and shorten the processing cycle thus offer a FASTER AND MORE ENERGY SAVING RESULT;
3.Maszyme DL100 is designed to have anti-back staining property and no special auxiliaries for anti back staining is required;
4.Maszyme DL100 has a wide range of usage temperature. It can be used in both cold and hot water for desizing and exceptionally good hand feeling can be achieved after desizing

PACKING
Standard packing is in 200Kg plastic drum but special packing can be arranged on request of customer
TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE
The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation and storage,it should be placed in dry, cool condition below 25 Degree C under shelter. It should be kept away from high temperature and direct sunlight. The normal shelf life is at least 6 months under normal sealed storage condition and activity level will not be lower than our normal standard.
ATTENTION:
This product is used in textile indsutry ONLY and cannot be used in FOOD and FEED industry ( customer can contact us special enzymes for FOOD and FEED application ). It is always be cautious NOT to have direct contact with skin but if it happens, you can immediately rinse and clean with water.
