MASZYME LNE
NEUTRAL CELLASE POWDER FOR LOW TEMP DENIM WASH
Maszyme LNE is specially designed to be used in denim garment enzyme stone washing at room temperatures that can be as low as 10-25℃,however its wash effects is even better than normal enzyme worked at 50℃
ADVANTAGES OF PRODUCT
1.washed off quickly, high clarity wash off result, good contrast, low back staining and also no pilling on fabric;
2.a broader range of pH adaptability in usage and in general it is not necessary to adjust acidity and alkalinity in porducton;

FUNCTIONALITY STANDARD
Physical Appearance: Light brown powder ( there may be some slight variaton in colour and powder form of product due to the nature of product itself but it is guaranteed not to have any difference in quality and performance )

LNE:0.5-1.5% on weight of fabric (subject to specific finishing result desired )

it is not necessary to adjust pH in general when using the product ( if the pH of water used is far away from neutral, it is recommended to use small amount of acetic acid or sodium carbonate to adjust the PH to appropriate level ) |
INACTIVATION
a.use sodium carbonate solution to lift the pH to 9.0 – 9.5 or raise the temperature to above 70 degree C and keep it for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse the garment twice
b.use bleach treatment
PACKING
Standard packing is in 25kgs carton boxes,but special packing can be arranged on request of customer
TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE
The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation and storage,it should be placed in dry, cool condition below 25 Degree C under shelter. It should be kept away from high temperature and direct sunlight. The normal shelf life is at least 6 months under normal sealed storage condition and activity level will not be lower than our normal standard.
ATTENTION:
This product is used in textile indsutry ONLY and cannot be used in FOOD and FEED industry (customer can contact us special enzymes for FOOD and FEED application ). It is always be cautious NOT to have direct contact with skin but if it happens, you can immediately rinse and clean with water.
